Dr. Philippe Mansour, DMD, MS
Associates in Endodontics proudly welcomes Dr. Philippe Mansour, a skilled and compassionate specialist dedicated to providing top-tier dental care in Fairbanks, Alaska. Dr. Mansour’s impressive journey began at the Dental College of Georgia, followed by advanced training in General Dentistry and Endodontics at the Uniformed Services University, where he honed his skills to deliver the latest, evidence-based treatments to his patients.
Dr. Mansour is committed to community service and has actively participated in organizations like Mission of Mercy and Remote Area Medical, reflecting his deep belief in giving back to those in need. In addition to his role as a U.S. Army Captain and the sole Endodontist serving both Fort Wainwright and Eielson Air Force Base, he upholds a philosophy rooted in empathy, honesty, and excellence.
When he’s not providing care or serving his country, Dr. Mansour enjoys exploring Alaska’s great outdoors with his friends, family, and a warm cup of coffee. His love for hiking, fishing, and winter sports perfectly complements his adventurous spirit. Dr. Norman Sharp, DDS, MSD
Dr. Sharp brings a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and a personal touch to Associates in Endodontics. As the first in his family of nine siblings to graduate from college, Dr. Sharp’s path to dentistry is a testament to his determination and dedication. After earning his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry—where he was honored with induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society—he practiced general dentistry in Wasilla for several years before discovering his passion for root canal therapy. This realization led him to pursue specialized training, completing his M.S.D. and a certificate in Endodontics at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans.
A lifelong Alaskan at heart, Dr. Sharp draws inspiration from the state’s rugged beauty and adventure. From salmon fishing and gardening in the summer to flying and cross-country skiing in the winter, he embraces the outdoor lifestyle Alaska offers. A creative storyteller, he also enjoys crafting whimsical tales and poems for his children, whose favorite remains The Bayou Boogaloo.
Known for his approachable and reassuring demeanor, Dr. Sharp is dedicated to helping patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their care. He utilizes cutting-edge technologies such as cone-beam CT imaging, microscopes, and microsurgical techniques to deliver precise, effective treatments.
